1. Acceptance

By creating an account, logging in as a guest, or otherwise using KingTamil Chat (the "service"), you agree to these Terms, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service (or the legal minimum age in your country). If we discover an account belonging to someone younger, we will close it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You are responsible for any activity from your account. Tell us immediately if your account is compromised.

4. User-generated content — your responsibility

You are fully responsible for everything you post, share, or upload to KingTamil Chat. The service is a hosting platform: messages, photos, files, and voice notes are created by users, not by us.

You agree not to post content that:

• violates the community Rules;
• is illegal under French, EU, or your local law;
• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• defames, harasses, or violates the privacy of others;
• contains malware, phishing, or other harmful code;
• impersonates other people or organisations.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. You retain ownership of your content.

5. Content disclaimer — owner protection

The service displays content posted by users in real time. We cannot pre-screen every message. The website owner, administrators, and moderators are not responsible for user-generated content posted by visitors. We act in good faith to remove rule-breaking content when notified.

If you see illegal or harmful content, report it via the in-app report button, or contact us directly at eelanet@gmail.com. We respond promptly to law enforcement and serious safety reports.

6. Moderation rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to:

• Edit, hide, or delete any content;
• Mute, kick, ban, or delete any account that violates these Terms or the Rules;
• Refuse service to anyone;
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement requests.

7. No guarantee of message storage

KingTamil Chat is a chat service, not an archive. Messages, files, voice notes, and accounts may be deleted automatically (see Privacy for retention details). Do not use this service to store important documents or messages.

8. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty about uptime, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or from content posted by other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to €50.

10. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any rule violation, with no obligation to refund any payment. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via eelanet@gmail.com.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be handled by the competent French courts. EU consumer protection rules continue to apply where they would otherwise apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
